This is a nice light dish to have on a hot summer day. It is also great because it keeps the kitchen cool because the oven or stove are not needed.
Combine oil, herbs, vinegar, and mustard: Blend together. Chop cabbage, toss with half of raisins, seeds, and grated roots. Garnish the bowl with the leftover ingredients.
