The Vegetarian Manifesto By Jay Fothergill
This book is presented by EarthSave Canada (An educational non-profit organization promoting awareness of the health, ethical, and environmental consequences of our food choices). This book has great recipes and also has information on food issues, as well as stocking your kitchen.

Joy of Gardening Cookbook By Janet Ballantyne
This book is awesome for any gardener. The recipes are organized by vegetable for A to Z. There are lots of good pictures to illustrate many how-to concepts, such as stuffing, wrapping, and other techniques. It is a great book to utilize those bumper crops so things don't go to waste.

From Asparagus to Zucchini By MACSAC

A fantastic guide to the world of farm fresh cooking, including recipes for veggies commonly found only in CSA boxes, such as celeriac and tomatillos. Also has a little section for fun children's recipes.  Great for anyone taking part in, or running a CSA!
